The EmailDocs REFERRAL Program offers the following:
- Earn referral fees of 20 percent on membership dues.
- Earn monthly recurring commission of 20% up to 12 months.
- Earn 15% on all customization services.
- Automatic monthly payments are sent straight to your PayPal account.
The EmailDocs PARTNER Program offers the following:
- Create your own email campaigns and sell them independently within Emaildocs.
- Earn 50% commission on each campaign you create and sell.

How do I keep track of referral sales?
You will receive access to our Partner control panel, which will allow you to track the success of your referral program.
When will I get paid?
All payments are made on the 5th of every month.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes, the minimum payout for all partners is $50 USD.
Do I have to fill out any forms for tax purposes?
Yes. You need to fill out a simple W-9 form. This will be sent to you in your partner package.
How long before I get approved as a referral partner?
EmailDocs reviews all Referral applications and sends notification within 24-48 hours.
What is the difference between a lead and a sale?
A lead is when someone signs up for EmailDocs FREE Trial and sends an email campaign. A sale is when that trial member becomes a paying Customer.
Do you have a high conversion rate after the FREE Trial?
Yes, we do. Our product is so effective and easy for dentists to use. Once they sign up and see the value it brings to their business, they are very motivated to use EmailDocs on an ongoing basis.
How are my referrals tracked and credited to my account?
You will be given a unique source ID. Each time a customer uses your Id, and signs up for a free Trial or becomes a customer, your account is credited.
Can a dentist/customer become a referral partner?
Certainly! However, the referral program cannot be used as a discount towards the customers membership plan. |
