To be an authorized partner of EmalDocs Inc. you agree to abide by the  terms and conditions contained in this agreement.  Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the  EmailDocs service as a partner. By signing up for the  EmailDocs partner program, you indicate your acceptance of this  agreement and its terms and conditions, and acknowledge that you have  read, understand, and agree with them. By filling out the signup form, and upon acceptance, you will become an  partner and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your  participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally promote our service to the dental community in order to receive a commission on products purchased by  your referred individuals. EmailDocs reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective  customers and will pay you a commission per customer referred using  your partner code according to the designated payment schedule.  Either you or EmailDocs may terminate the partner relationship at  any time. You are only eligible to earn partner payments during your time as an approved partner. EmailDocs may change the program or  service policies and operating procedures at any time. This partner relationship is one of independent contractors.  EmailDocs will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential  damages arising in connection with this program and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the  total referral fees paid or payable to you. EmailDocs makes no express  or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program.  In addition, EmailDocs makes no representation that the operation of  the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and EmailDocs will  not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.  You may use the graphics and text provided to you by  us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate  according to the conditions above. These terms will begin upon your signup with the partner program and  will end when your partner account is terminated. The terms of this  agreement may be modified by EmailDocs at any time. If any  modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is  to terminate your partner account. Your continuing participation in  the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. Liability  We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of  revenue, commissions) due to partner tracking failures, loss of  database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or  our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with  respect to the partner program and/or products sold at this site. We  make no claim that the operation of the partner program and our  website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any  interruptions or errors. By submitting your application, you  acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand,  and agree with them.

FAQ

How do I keep track of referral sales?
You will receive access to our Partner control panel, which will allow you to track the success of your referral program.

When will I get paid?
All checks are cut on the 5th of every month.

Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes, the minimum payout for all partners is $50 USD.

Do I have to fill out any forms for tax purposes?
Yes. You need to fill out a simple W-9 form. This will be sent to you in your partner package.

How long before I get approved as a referral partner?
EmailDocs reviews all Referral applications and sends notification within 24-48 hours.

What is the difference between a lead and a sale?
A lead is when someone signs up for EmailDocs FREE Trial and sends an email campaign. A sale is when that trial member becomes a paying Customer.

Do you have a high conversion rate after the FREE Trial?
Yes, we do. Our product is so effective and easy for dentists to use. Once they sign up and see the value it brings to their business, they are very motivated to use EmailDocs on an ongoing basis.

How are my referrals tracked and credited to my account?
You will be given a unique source ID. Each time a customer uses your Id, and signs up for a free Trial or becomes a customer, your account is credited.

Can a dentist/customer become a referral partner? Certainly! However, the referral program cannot be used as a discount towards the customers membership plan.
