Your account information (such as Company or Client name, physical address, email address, etc.) is accessible strictly by EmailDocs Inc. employees whose primary job functions rely on the use of this information for contacting you regarding your account with EmailDocs Inc. or sending you email based on your request for information.

Protection of your EmailDocs Inc. Data
EmailDocs Inc. has implemented strict security controls in the EmailDocs Inc. application environment (including the EmailDocs Inc. application, database, and server) to ensure the protection of customer and email recipient data. Controls ensure that data is not commingled between customers. No data sharing will occur amongst customer accounts, period.

How can you stop receiving email from us?
EmailDocs Inc. models permission-based email marketing. That is, only EmailDocs Inc. customers who have opted-in to receiving product-related emails (meaning, having chosen to receive such emails) from us will receive EmailDocs Inc. email. Any EmailDocs Inc. email recipient may choose to cease receiving such emails by performing either of the following:

1. Choosing the "unsubscribe" option within any email received from EmailDocs Inc., or

2. Sending an email to EmailDocs Inc. at info@EmailDocs Inc..com, noting your request to be removed from the EmailDocs Inc. mail list.
