IMPROVE CASE ACCEPTANCE

Situation
A new patient has just visited my office and left with a treatment proposal for implants and some crown and bridge...but was not willing to schedule a future appointment.

Common Scenario 
Let's say you've completed your examination on a new patient. You try to encourage the patient to accept your treatment proposal on the first or second visit, but the reality is that this situation does not always occur. Patients have many reasons for not immediately accepting your treatment recommendations. They may be shopping around or simply procrastinating. They may have financial difficulties or maybe they’re just not comfortable trusting you yet. If your office gives the typical response, and will just follow up with a single phone call, then your potential for treatment acceptance is not even close to being maximized.

Challenge 
It is esential to continue to stay in touch and educate patients who show interest in their dental care but aren't ready to commit immediately.

Solution  
Simply login to your EmaiDocs account. Select one of the many Treatment Acceptance Campaigns offered. Then just enter the email address for the patient and click "Send".
